Rod is known for his integrity and brings a skilful mix of people skills, determination and negotiation ability to his business.  Rod is persistent at obtaining the best outcome for his clients and is known to be in the top percentage of high achieving agents.

After more than three decades in Real Estate, Rod understands the psychology of selling. He knows when to press in, and when to back off. His experience and knowledge in this area are vital when it comes to negotiating the best possible price. These skills have become intuitive for Rod, and are second nature. As a result, he has a high conversion rate of offers to sales.

Being a qualified Architect, Rod has an additional skillset which is invaluable when discussing structures, alterations and additions, Council requirements etc. Rod also has a good understanding of planning matters.

In his spare time Rod enjoys his motorbike and classic cars, and often competes in Concours D’Elegance displays and sporting events.  His is also a judge at Concours level and participates in the Jaguar National Rallies. Other interests include golf, bike riding, antiques and public speaking.
