Dear Gary, How can I even begin to thank you enough for your efforts on my behalf. I had all but lost hope of making a move to the Eastern Shore when you rang, so unexpectedly, and invited me to view [the property]. It’s beautiful and, as you know, I’m currently engaged in formulating plans to upgrade the kitchen and the bathroom, followed later on by the gardens. Your kindness and efficiency was reflected in the ease with which the entire selling and purchasing process took place. (My apologies though for seeking your help regarding the missing cooking paraphernalia. Happily, it was successfully retrieved). I was deeply touched by the warmth of the greeting I received by you and your two lovely lady colleagues when I entered your office to exchange the keys belonging to the two properties. I wish I could successfully verbalise the lovely surprise and thrill I felt when you handed me such a beautiful gift. It was three days later before I was able to have some quiet time and finally have the pleasure of opening it up. I wish you could imagine the surprise after surprise I felt as I explored the treasures it contains. In fact, so much so that it took my breath away. I have never before been given such a unique and thoughtful gift. Thank you so much for adding to my joy of moving house.
