The team at Nest Property extend our best wishes to the people who have already been affected by this outbreak and we give our appreciation the healthcare workers, organisations and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus.

Important information regarding rental properties and properties for sale:
In line with Australian Property Institute and World Health Organisation recommendation, we have put in place several measures to protect the health and safety of our staff, clients, customers and community.
- Our team will be undertaking enhanced disinfectant and sterilisation procedures at our offices, as well as at all open homes and inspections to ensure our clients health and wellbeing.
If you would like to view one of our properties currently for rent or for sale, you are required to observe the following guidelines:
- If you are the subject of a quarantine order by a health authority or a self-isolation/self-quarantine scenario, we ask that you book your appointment for a date that is at least an additional two days after your required quarantine period ends.
- If you are experiencing cold or ‘flu symptoms, please delay your property inspection until you are well. On property inspections, please refrain from touching anything inside the home, particularly benches, and cupboard, door and drawer handles.
